You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Membership of PlayAndFun is reserved for private customers.
We offer two types of membership plans: fixed plans and 14 days plans.
- Fixed plans are one-time payment subscriptions that do not auto-renew.
- Members can enjoy the benefits of the fixed plan for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
- Renewal of fixed plans will require an explicit re-subscription.
- 14day plans are subscription-based services that automatically renew on a 14day basis until explicitly canceled by the member.
- Payment for 14day plans will be automatically deducted from the member's chosen payment method unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Fixed Offer: First timer 3 days - 1.95€
- Fixed Offer: Beginner 7 days - 4.95€
- Silver: 24€ each 14 days.
- Gold: 44€ each 14 days.
- Platinum: 62€ each 14 days.
PlayAndFun is an ongoing plan based on the membership type and it costs the amount you choose when signing up per period, you can always find this price under your account information when logged in. Your subscription is deducted each 14days, until you no longer wish to be a member.
By giving your consent to the applicable subscription terms on PlayAndFun, you authorize PlayAndFun to periodically withdraw the indicated membership fees, until you choose to terminate your subscription. The price depends on what plan you choose. Thereafter, it costs the amount you choose when signing up per period. As a PlayAndFun member and cardholder, you are required to pay for your membership period and any resulting membership withdrawals, until you cancel your membership and / or membership. Your PlayAndFun membership is automatically renewed so that you always have access to it.
All transactions on PlayAndFun must be made via credit card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard). All payments and card charges are factored into the price of the product and are regulated there by PlayAndFun. Payment is deducted from your account when ordering on PlayAndFun or when you start your membership. You will not be deducted for an amount greater than that approved at the end of your purchase. All prices are shown including VAT.
You can terminate your membership at any time by clicking "Cancel Membership" at the bottom of the page. You enter your email address and you can easily unsubscribe. The subscription is canceled the same day you unsubscribe. Once your membership is canceled, the money will not be withdrawn from your account unless you choose to reactivate your membership.
The PlayAndFun subscription offers a 7 day cancellation policy. Your cancellation period expires 7 days after entering into an agreement with us. Your subscription takes effect when you place an order on PlayAndFun. Your right of withdrawal is only active from the day you make a transaction on PlayAndFun and not from the start of thr subscription payments. If you want to cancel your subscription, you must let us know at least 1 day before the start of entering into a binding agreement with us. You can let us know by contacting us at Support (we respond within 24 hours on weekdays). In your message, clearly and explicitly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
When you register with PlayAndFun, your name, address, phone number and email are stored in an electronic customer database which is only accessible to employees of PlayAndFun.
These personal data are recorded so that we can deliver your orders and in accordance with accounting legislation, which stipulates that the material used in the context of transactions must be kept for 5 years after the accounting year for which it is valid. Before your personal information is recorded on PlayAndFun, we make sure that your consent is given and that you know exactly what information is being recorded. Customer information is always encrypted. PlayAndFun is responsible for the data stored on PlayAndFun. The information provided to PlayAndFun is neither transmitted nor sold to third parties. In addition, we do not store any sensitive information.
